Rising Strong
She rises tall like a willow tree,
Reaching for the sky with branches strong,
Her roots unchanging, free and bold,
Where she stands and will not fall or long.
Dismissed before, her dreams ignored,
Her voice and spirit once so bright,
But she stood firm and never fell to the floor,
Rising again, with a new and shining light.
A flame that never fades, her fire ablaze,
Soaring spirit, her beauty outpouring,
Rising from the ashes, a phoenix in its blaze,
Her soul shining, with grace and power adoring.
A river that flows with grace and ease,
Currents unyielding, constant and strong,
A force of nature that will never cease,
Her story, a song that will forever live on.
Promises once dismissed, now fulfilled,
With each step she takes, her heart blissed,
Her journey far from over, her spirit distilled,
She knows not everything needs to be told, just claimed, kissed.
So she stands tall, with a quiet grace,
Her spirit untamed, her journey just begun,
A promise that will always be kept, in this place,
She’s where she’s meant to be, her victory won.
