“Finding Beauty in The Coldest of Place” a poem

Photo by Zoltan Tasi on Unsplash

She stands alone, a lily near the pole,
A fragile flower in a land so cold.
But still she blooms, with petals pure and white,
A beacon of beauty in the darkest night.

She bends and sways with every passing breeze,
A gentle dance that none but she can seize.
And though the world around her may be rough,
She forever finds a way to rise above.

For she is strong, a force to be reckoned with,
A symbol of hope in a world of myth.
And as she stands there, by the pole so tall,
She reminds us all to stand up tall.

And so we’ll take a cue from this brave flower,
And find the strength to face life’s darkest hour.
For like the lily near the pole, we’ll rise,
And in our hearts, forever shine.
