  3. Eat a healthy diet. The brain requires a constant supply of nutrients to function at its best. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats is essential for brain health. Avoid processed and sugary foods, as they can contribute to cognitive decline.
  4. Stay hydrated. The brain is made up of 73% water, and even mild dehydration can affect cognitive function. Make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your brain functioning optimally.
  5. Take breaks and practice mindfulness. It is important to give our brains a rest from time to time. Take regular breaks from work and screens, and practice mindfulness techniques such as meditation or deep breathing. These can help to reduce stress and improve focus.
